VirtualTournaments.com is one of the most unique bowling tournaments available anywhere. Started in September of 2001, we developed the technology to enable bowlers in the US, Canada and US Military to compete against each other without leaving their home bowling center. The concept of a virtual tournament is not unique. Even the governing body of bowling, the USBC, recognizes this type of a Tournament as a "Mail-O-Graphic" Tournament. Years ago, "Mail-O-Graphic" type Leagues and Tournaments would mail in their scores. The receiving party would then combine all the information and produce the results. With the onset of the internet, we have taken that same concept, however, we use the internet instead of snail mail.
Each week, bowlers from all of the US and Canada (and some overseas Military Leagues) enter our Tournaments. We then capture their scores, and manually verify all cash winning entries by either calling the League Secretary or Bowling Center. In some cases, we call both to ensure accuracy.
Since September 2001, we have paid out over $750,000 to our bowlers (see our Top Winners page). Our goal is to hit a total payout $1 million by the end of 2007. So far, we are on track to hitting this bowl.

| REGISTRATION |
To register, simply click on the "Register" link on top, left. Once you complete this form, you will be emailed a password for access to the site.

| GETTING YOUR USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD |
If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, click HERE. This will bring you to the UserName/Password Retrieval page.

| CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD |
To change your Username or Password, logon to the site, then click on "Registration" located on the left under "MY INFO". You can change any registration information there.

| TOURNAMENTS |

1 in every 5 bowlers will be paid. Prize fund is determined by the number of entries.

| ADDING YOUR LEAGUE |
If not already done, Register on the site. Once done, logon to the site with your UserName and Password. Click on "My Leagues" on the left of the page. At the top of the page, follow the instructions under "ADD YOUR LEAGUE INSTRUCTIONS".

| MULTIPLE LEAGUES |
If you are involved in multiple Leagues, you can enter into the same Tournament (Handicap or Scratch) once per League.

| ENTERING A TOURNAMENT |
Logon to the site with your UserName and Password. Click on "Entry Form" under Singles or Doubles. Select the Tournament and week you would like to enter, then the League to use for the Tournament. Follow the online instructions from there.

| ENTERING SCORES |
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE YOUR SCORES GET TO US EITHER THRU LEAGUESECRETARY.COM OR MANUALLY ENTERED ON OUR SITE.
If you know that your League Secretary uploads all the data to LeagueSecretary.com in a timely fashion, then you should not have any problems. HOWEVER, it is suggested that you enter your own scores and FAX IN YOUR RECAPS AND STANDINGS just in case. Regardless, ALL information, including scores, and recaps and standings (if manually entered) MUST be received within 3 days of bowling to avoid disqualification.
To enter your scores, logon to the site with your UserName and Password. Under "My Tournaments", click on either Singles or Doubles, depending on what Touranment you are entering scores for. Next to the corresponding Tournament, there will be a "Enter Scores" link. Click on it and enter your scores.

| INCORRECT SCORES ARE BEING REPORTED |
If your scores are being correctly reflected on LeagueSecretary.com, but are not correct on the Tournament, then the link we have for you has been broke. If the Tournament status is not yet "Official", you can fix this yourself. To do so, click on "Leagues" on the upper left below "My Info". This will show you a list of Leagues and the bowler that we have you linked to. Select your name from the list, then click on the Submit Button. Your scores will automatically be reprocessed within about 15 minutes.
If the Tournament status IS Official, there is nothing we can do. Go thru the steps outlined above to ensure that it does not happen in the future.

| HANDICAP |
Effective 06/01/2008 The Handicap will be 90% of 235 for Singles and 90% of 470 for Doubles. Until then, the Handicap for the Singles Tournament is 100% of 235. The Handicap for the Doubles Tournament is 100% of 470 (Team Handicap).

| RECEIVING PAYOUTS |
All payouts are applied directly to your VirtualTournaments.com Virtual Account. You can utilize this money towards future Tournament entries or, if you would like a payout of your credit balance, simply click on "Balance Sheet" under "MY INFO" and request a check. Checks are cut every Thursday evening and mailed out on Fridays.
