Our Refund Policy

Please understand that once a Tournament begins, the prize fund is already allocated. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds on Tournament entries, except for special circumstances such as the center being closed due to weather.

We understand that people do get ill and such, however, as stated above, we simply cannot issue refunds once the Tournament has begun.

If the Tournament has already begun you have two options:

  1. We can transfer your entry to another bowler, provided that they are not already entered into the Tournament. You must, however, contact us BEFORE yours AND their scheduled bowling date and time. To transfer your entry to another bowler, send an email to Angela Scriver with the following information:
    1. State the reason you cannot bowl.
    2. Your EntryID.
    3. The Username of the bowler to transfer the entry to.
    4. The League that the new bowler wants to use (must be a League that they have not already bowled for that week).

  2. If you bowl in multiple Leagues, we can transfer your entry to another League, provided that you have not already entered with that league, or already bowled that league. To have your entry moved to another League, make sure your League is already listed under "My Leagues", then send an email to Angela Scriver with the following information:
    1. State the reason you cannot bowl.
    2. Your EntryID.
    3. The League you want to transfer your entry to.

If the Tournament has not yet begun, please contact Angela Scriver and we will gladly withdraw you and credit your account.
