Just curious as to if you guys have ever explored more options for payouts, Seems like a paypal option would be way more efficient than traditional snail mail checks.  Of course I havnt been around that long and dont know the history of the org. I bank with wells fargo and they hold out of state checks for 3-4 days.

PayPal would be soooo much easier for everyone.  Unfortunately, Paypal considers bowling tournaments as "gambling" and therefore it violates their TOS.

Therefore, we cannot use PayPal :(.

We are researching the idea of doing a VT Visa or Mastercard (debit card) where we would just put the money on your card.  This feature would be for our "regulars" though :).

Have you looked into SERVE from american express?
www.serve.com

Essentially a paypal alternative.

Scott

A reloadable debit card idea would be awesome.

Question about that though.... if you withdraw from an ATM with the card, would that still count as a "payout" and be subject to the dreaded 1099??
