Note: The below is specific to the VT Cup Series only, not the weekly tournaments:
While we do display the Top Bowler's regardless of the number of Leagues one bowls in, you can only cash ONCE per bowler, regardless of the number of leagues.
If a single bowler takes up multiple top 4 spots, we take their highest and remove the other leagues.

That still doesn't address the issue. Even though you can only place in the top four one time, the issue I am speaking of is using an unlimited amount of entries each week, as long as they are different leagues, to get to one of those top four places, when some simply do not bowl more than two nights a week, mostly on account of having a life outside the bowling alley. :)
I realize this policy increases the number of entries and thus money making ability of the site, but you don't have to lose that, as people can still cash as many times as they wish in the weekly tournaments, but the "points" for the VT standings could be limited to their top two singles and top two doubles totals per week, to truley find the top bowler, not the bowler with the most entries.

Scott,
Correct me if I am mistaken, but are you saying that if I finish 1st this week, which I wont, and Third as well in the same week, that I will only be getting paid for first? And on top of that, my what would have been 3rd place finish is going to be dropped?
Please help me understand this.
Thanks

Your confusing the Tournament with the VT Cup Series. You can only win ONCE a month in the VT Cup Series. If you take up both first and second place, then you will win first. The second place award will go to the next person.
