Hey Angela I tried faxing my W-9 forms to both of numbers that are listed on the site a couple of times and it keeps coming back that it has failed. I was wondering was your fax machine up and running. I was able to fax to other locations but the two numbers doesnt work. Thanks in advance

Both fax numbers are working. I just tried both numbers and all is well. Plus, I've been receiving faxes all morning. I know it may sound silly, but be certain that you are dialing a "1" + the fax number if you are outside of the Phoenix area. Let me know if you are still encountering problems.
